Located minutes from the Alamodome and the Riverwalk extension, Alamo Beer is staking it's claim in downtown San Antonio.  Guido Construction coordinated the project including the Solar Paneled design of the Alamo on top of the production facility.  Come down to the beer garden to try fresh local brew, or look for Alamo in your local bar, or wherever fine beer is served.

The 35,000 SF, LEED Designed microbrewery is cozied under the Historic Hays Street Bridge and is a landmark project on the East Side of Downtown San Antonio as it brought enterprise and new jobs to the East Side.

The Brewery is constructed to brew, bottle, and temporarily store beer products, provide tours and tastings, and host large and small events. It includes an 1,800 SF Beer Hall with a bar area and a 14,000 SF Beer Garden, as well as an apartment space on a secondary level, and a restaurant space with a pedestrian link to the historic Hays Street Bridge.

The scheduled and actual Substantial Completion dates are the same, and the accuracy and control of the cost estimates was consistent throughout the project, as we stayed within budget and schedule.
