The 58,000 SF Altstadt Brewery is an exciting new brewery adding diversity to the fast-growing City of Fredericksburg with its many wineries showcasing Texas wines.
Phase I of the project included a 17,676 SF commercial production brewery, which has begun the preliminary stages of brewing, with approximately 3,838 SF of the facility lying at the mezzanine level and consists of a metal deck and concrete floor on structural steel frame.
Phase II of the project began in the Fall of 2016, and consists of 36,750 SF commercial facility including a retail area, bar, restaurant, commercial kitchen, events halls, biergerten, wine cellar, office area, and private residence. Guido has delivered multiple cost estimates throughout the project, providing accurate representations of the cost. We presented value analysis opportunities to the Owner, tracking all options via the Design Evolution Log.
