The Krueger Phase 2 Campus Replacement project includes construction of a new, 74,052 SF facility addition that will house including a cafeteria and kitchen, athletic program, and fine arts program areas.

A new, 4,070 SF central plant facility and new field house restroom/storage building will also be constructed, as well as replacement of the campus tennis courts, and installation of various site infrastructure improvements including parking, landscape, irrigation, drainage, site utilities, and hardscape. The project has required a 16-month design / CM@Risk review and a 21-phased construction schedule.
