The new, one and a half floor, 63,000 SF instructional building is home to Alamo Colleges’ advanced welding and auto body labs, welding stations, and double-bay automotive prep stations. The building also includes two large teaching laboratories, toilets, showers, lockers, staff offices, classrooms, study spaces, and a designated open-air roof area that carries the mechanical equipment.
Throughout construction, Guido demonstrated exceptional organizational and communicative skills on a highly congested, owner-occupied project site. Advanced MEP knowledge and coordination were vital in the delivery of this multifaceted project.
