BlueBeam Revu
Guido uses Bluebeam Revu to marketup, takeoff, organize and collaborate with PDF files onsite and in the office. BlueBeam allows our project teams to collect meta data including annotations, layers, digital signatures and 3D information within the PDF, and allows us to filter markups by subject, sort notes, and assign responsibilities. With this information, Guido is able to maximize productivity, increase project predictability, and minimize risk.
Plan Grid
Guido utilizes PlanGrid, a construction productivity software. The software replaces paper blueprints, allowing our teams to share construction information like field markups, progress photos and issues tracking in real-time with seamless file synchronization.
GUIDO360°
Guido employs the Matterport 360 camera to capture panoramic imagery, interior layouts, and small spaces, synthesizing the captured spatial data and visual imagery to render a dimensionally accurate 3D digital twin of the physical space.
Guido PM: Project Management Software
Guido PM is utilized by the project team to organize, document, and monitor all project information, communications and progress including: Project Meetings, Communications, Contracts & Insurance, Submittals, Request for Information (RFI’s), Architect’s Supplemental Information (ASI), Billings / AIA, Pricing Requests (PR), Potential Cost Impact (PCI’s), and all Approved Changes.
Guido PM is a web-based project management platform similar to Submittal Exchange that allows various owners with the technological capacity to directly integrate processes into Guido PM. When the project team is geared for complete electronic integration of all project communications, Guido PM is very efficient and has the ability to streamline the exchange, control, and approval of all project information.
Primavera P6 Scheduling
Primavera P6 Scheduling creates a timeline project schedule using the critical path method. and is updated regularly to ensure project goals are being met. The schedule is built “keeping the end in mind” and with direct input from all team members to include client deadlines, and appropriate lead times and task durations from major suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants.
